Voice of the Seagull
Searching through the clouds above
I find the souring seagull,
he Madly flaps his wings.
I find I am standing on a cliff
over the crashing waves of the deep blue sea,
filled with longing for the water.
Screaming "Let it lick me!"
somehow
I know I'm on the outside looking in
I wonder where life ends
When will it begin...
he is Going nowhere, he Gently comes to me.
I wonder what he feels..
Does he know the whispering voice of the wind.
A Cool chill dangles by my neck,
hot moist air drips down my curved spine.
starring on through his eyes I fly
In the distance I hear him Telling me
"I'm on the outside Looking in"

Voice of the Seagull - Original
When I'm on the outside looking in,
I wonder if I Can feel,
the voice of the wind.
I find myself searching
the grey clouds above.
Finding a skattered starlit sky.
A flock of Seagulls come whinning by,
but I only notice the cold chill.
For I am standing on a cliff
over the deep blue sea and am
filled with longing for the water.
"Let it lick me!"
Flying high through the sky
moist air upon my skin.
This is when life ends,
this is where it all begins.
On the outside looking in.

Voice of the Seagull - One Revision
A Cold chill Blows through my hair
whispering is the voice of the wind
Looking over the cliff
the deep blue water fills me
moist air drips down my back
I know I'm on the outside looking in
I wonder where life ends
When will it begin...
Searching through the grey clouds above
I find the souring seagull
Madly flapping his wings
Going nowhere, Gently coming to me
He knows
I'm on the outside Looking in
