Paradox
Everyday I enter into a world full of demons and gold
The silver skys shine like the moon
The angels fly high until noon
I close my eyes and see you smile angrily
You are filled with denial and admit the truth
While all I hear are lies
The music so quiet loudly fills the room
So, I walk into the clearing
The trees so tall fail to hide the clouds above
The wind in the sky. the stars and the sun
Fill in the blackness of a heart used to love
So cold and empty, Away flys the dove
Thru the water I feel the wings heavily
And the fish jumps over the log
and the shade is so sunny
In my streams flows a river of consciousness
A mind of dull memory creats such imagery
So I awake to dream of a place I have left behind
I look around at where I am and what I find
So confused I understand, In a world full of pain
Bloody is the bed where I have lain
And I kept the secrets that I told to the warlock
Standing in the room, and I turn around and all is gone
