The undersigned authorizes Frameworks Alliance and the Central Florida Film and Video Festival to exhibit the entry in whole or in part for educational and/or publicity purposes and that the above information is true and correct. This application constitutes the agreement of the undersigned to all Festival rules and guidelines.
