For some reason Sam and I thought that Route 101, refered to by the locals as PCH, would be a quicker way to Monteray then I-5. It wasn't, but the view is incredible. We stopped here to rest for a little while and take a shot of the bear leaning against a boulder with the clouds beneath us and the ocean. The ocean didn't make it into the shot as the clouds blotted it out, but Sam somehow wandered in.
